After taking a glimpse of the 30 man raid today in kTera, I'm sure we are all hyped up for this exciting new raid! Amaterasu has the numbers and skill to do this without any outside help, and that's exactly what we are going to do! We will be reaching for the top and going for the NA first clear of this challenging dungeon! But first we have to prepare. We will launch this in 4 phases, so please keep your eyes and ears open, as this will be here before you know it!
Phase 1: Scheduling & Discussion
You will all see a thread pop up here soon regarding details of how we plan to tackle the 30 man raid. In this thread, we will have a serious discussion about the details of how we will approach this. We will discuss and vote upon important details such as the scheduled time & day we will raid. Your voice is very important here as we will try our absolute best to accommodate everyone's needs and schedules as best as possible.
Phase 2: Theorycrafting
We will also be collecting data and guides on how we can come together and theory craft how we will approach this such as optimal raid setups. We will put our minds and resourcefulness working together to prepare ourselves to the absolute best of our ability. Every little bit helps, so if you can post any videos from several different PoV or find any neat tricks, please don't be shy and share them with the team!
Phase 3: Raid Etiquette
We will be rolling out the rules and expectations to ensure that our raid runs smoothly. Another separate thread will pop up regarding these details, and we will need everyone to please read this carefully. There are several possible issues a large raid can bump into, most of which can be resolved with good leadership, and respect to the leader.
Phase 4: Go Time!
On the day the raid launches, as exciting as this will be, please make sure we all take care of yourselves both mentally and physically. Eat well, sleep lots, be productive, then raid till you drop! Above all, lets have a blast!
